Terms Wolfs Design

Wolfs Design sells exclusive dog furniture on the internet and in retail.
The general conditions of Wolfs Design are applicable to all agreements between Wolfs design and its customers. The customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions as noted below:

Product descriptions

Utmost care has been paid to the accuracy of all descriptions, sizes, colors and prices. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy of color reproduction, color may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software or printer. Since all products are handmade from natural materials, there may be slight variations from product to product performance.

Wolfs Design can not be held liable for any inaccuracy in the information.

Order

An order is placed through the online form and send to Wolf Design by e-mail, or by placing an order in a store. The customer receives confirmation of his order by mail or e-mail to the address indicated on the order form.

Delivery

Because a Guzel dog sofa is produced specifically for the customer, the average delivery at Wolfs Design is 25 (twenty-five) days after receipt and acceptance of order and payment. Where delivery can not be made within the specified period, an estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer. If this is not satisfactory, the payment will be refunded.

Prices

All prices quoted on the website of Wolfs Design are in Euros (€) including VAT (19%). Prices are applicable at the time of acceptance of order. If prices for some products increased between time of order and time of delivery, the prices at the time of acceptance of order apply.

Payment

Payment can be made by: Ideal or Paypal or transfer to bank account 1099.82.622 (always mention order number!)

Mistakes

If a Guzel product is incorrectly priced due to a technical error or error in pricing information, then Wolfs Design has the right to refuse or cancel the order and the amount will be credited to the credit card number or bank account of the customer.

Regrets

Purchases may be returned for full refund within 10 (ten) days after receipt of goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded, they have to be paid by the customer. Customers can return the goods to Wolf Design: Klein Brabant 176, 5262RT Vught, Netherlands. Wolfs design will fully reimburse the product to you(excluding the cost of shipping), if goods are returned in original condition and re-salable condition in original packaging.

All returns must first be announced via email or telephone within 6 (six) days after receipt of the product.

Complaints

If a customer has a complaint about a product, the complaint has to be reported within 6 (six) days after delivery of the goods. This should be done in writing via email or letter. Wolfs Design will contact the customer within (3) three business days after receiving the complaint. Wolfs Design can not be held liable for any damages caused by improper use of the product. Wolfs Design's liability is always limited to the amount of the contract / agreement.

Law

In case of serious objections or dispute between the customer and Wolfs Design, both parties strive for an amicable solution. Should this fail, such dispute will be transferred to the Dutch court. The current conditions are subject to Dutch law. If the current conditions would be translated, the Dutch version will prevail over all other versions.

Guzel ® is a registered trademark. The name and the intellectual property (idea, detailed execution and application) are protected by legal rights "Benelux - Intellectual Property Office" in The Hague.
